A very nice rear cockpit style power boat, possibly a model of a GarWood or a ChrisCraft. The model is most likely from the 1930's or maybe a little earlier. The finish shows good crackalour helping to date the boat. It once had a battery powered engine, but it has been removed. It still has it's original shaft and rudder, but the propeller is missing. The boat still has it's original leather seats. This is a wonderful and rare model. It most likely was a model of a "lake boat" maybe from the Thousand Islands (NY) area or maybe the lakes of New Hampshire.
